Is return or exchange allowed?
- Returns and Exchanges are only allowed within 24 Hours of receiving the shipment
In what condition can items be returned or exchanged?
- Return or Exchange is only accepted if item(s) received were damaged, defective, different size, or not the same ordered item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand box, packaging, and all accessories).
How will I be refunded?
• If you placed your order in cash or online payment. You will be refunded as online payment (payment, or e-wallet) after returning the order.
How do I return an item?
• Customers can contact us through our WhatsApp, Contact Us Page, Email, or Instagram with the order number or phone number.
Are there cancellation shipping fees?
• If an order is canceled after being out for delivery for the first trial, shipping fees will be deducted from the customer in case of cancellation.
How long does shipping takes?
Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
What if I miss the delivery?
• Our courier will reschedule the delivery, but the order will be automatically canceled if the courier tries to reach you for more than 3 times and there's no answer.
