Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are only allowed within 24 hours of receiving the shipment (fees may be applied according to shipping rates).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return or Exchange is only accepted if item(s) received were damaged, defective, different size, or not the same ordered item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products "jewelry/ self worn items" cannot be returned or exchanged except in the first 24 hours of receiving your order, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If an alternative method is required, we will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and convenient process. Please allow time for the transaction to reflect based on your payment provider's policies.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Request, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, your return or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
