Aphrodite Shipping Policy

At Aphrodite, we are committed to delivering a seamless and refined shopping experience, ensuring your order reaches you with the care it deserves.

Delivery Time
• Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, packaged with precision and attention to detail.

Rescheduling Your Delivery
• You may reschedule your delivery twice for your convenience.
• If delivery attempts exceed three times without success, the order will be automatically canceled.

Postponing orders
• If order was postponed more than 7 days it will be automatically cancelled by the shipping company

Cancellations & Fees
• Orders can be cancelled without any fees within 2 hours of being placed.  
• If an order is canceled after reaching shipping phase, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Orders above 3000 EGP Requires a deposit before shipping. 

Package Handling
• Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. However, our return and exchange policy allows you to inspect your items at home and contact us for any returns or exchanges if needed.
